Lars Langsrud

Lars holds the position of Managing partner at Alpha Corporate Finance, a Norwegian M&A advisory firm.

His previous experience includes being Head of Danske Markets Corporate Finance in Oslo as well as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division, London.

He has extensive experience from a number of high-profile transactions within mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets. Has worked with a number of industries, including the financial sector. Lars is also involved in a foundation in supporting a number of NGOs that provide development aid and emergency relief.

Lars holds a BA in development economics (University of Michigan) and an MBA (INSEAD) and has a deep belief in the provision of financial services as a means to create jobs and wealth (poverty reduction).
