Thomas Smørdal started May 1 as a financial controller and is a currently also serving in the capacity of acting CFO. Thomas holds an MBA and has extensive background from the oil-service industry in Norway as well as international NGO work. Serina Svindland Bakketeig joined August 1 as Investment Director. She holds a Master of Economics from the University of Bergen and has a strong private banking track record. Serina has already taken on the role as project manager of our latest initiative in Ethiopia (see separate article).
